This is a video which I made during a prep for an upcoming physique show, Note : That I had been working out for over 6 years prior to this which is why I had sufficient muscle mass underneath that fat. 90 days is a good amount of period to bring about a really positive change in your body, but it's gonna be different for every individual based on their starting point and experience level.
