‘Little Drummer Boy’ by Whitney Houston was released on November 18, 2003 as part of her first Christmas album and overall sixth studio album ‘One Wish: The Holiday Album’. The song was written by Katherine Kennicott Davis in 1941 and first recorded in 1951 by the Trapp Family Singers. The song was further popularized in 1958 with the Henry Onorati produced version by the Harry Simeone Chorale. Whitney’s version of ‘Little Drummer Boy’ was produced and arranged by Mervyn Warren as a duet with her daughter Bobbi Kristina.
